We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and safety regulations, all candy and edible items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded once shipped.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Candy

  • Gum

  • Edible novelty items

Returnable Items (Non-Food Products)

Non-food products may be returned under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

How to Start a Return

Before sending anything back, please contact us at [your support email] with:

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for the return

Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval

  • If the returned item shows signs of use, damage, or missing components, a refund may be denied or partially issued

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
